thumb : Helps relieve acute emotions such as anxiety and stress

Index finger : Helps reduce feelings of fear

middle finger: Helps control feelings of anger and resentment

ring finger: It helps to fight depression and feelings of sadness and helps to make decisions more decisively

pinky finger: Reduces anxiety and increases feelings of optimism and self-confidence

Twist each finger with the other hand's fist and hold it tightly with all fingers of the other hand wrapped around it for two minutes.
