The night of the second of November is a night that will remain engraved in the history of Tiffany, which is full of distinguished and unforgettable memories..and in the hearts of many who witnessed the event or were even close to it..a night whose sky lit up the tallest tower in the world in Tiffany blue color..the city center buzzed with the most beautiful richness. Frank Sinatra and Alicia Key..
The Brooklyn Bridge, the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building and, of course, the first venerable Tiffany's store on Fifth Avenue. They all came with Tiffany's team from New York to Dubai...to bring together the two most civilized cities around the world.
The ceremony was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as well as Mr. Paul Malik, Consul General of the United States in Dubai, and Mr. Marc Gachet, Vice President of Tiffany & Co. Group in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Tiffany was inspired by the idea of this ceremony from a photo published by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, "may God protect him", through his account on the Twitter site, and it included a picture of His Highness with the late, God Almighty, his father, Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. May God rest his soul, the founder of Dubai Renaissance, during their visit in the sixties of the last century to the famous “Empire State” building in New York City, where the photo was taken at the top of the tallest building in the world at that time. Where the world witnessed how His Highness’ dream turned into reality with the opening of “Burj Khalifa” in 2010 to become the most prominent architectural edifice not only in Dubai but on the entire globe.
As a tribute to this great achievement, Tiffany built a link between the two cities and the party took place at the Armani Hotel located in this famous tower.
This ceremony will be a poem of love and appreciation from Tiffany for two cities, one of which witnessed her birth and the other where she lives.
