What are the latest and best breast augmentation methods?

Before we talk about the most successful ways to enlarge the breast, we must first know what the breast consists of in order to understand the mechanism of its enlargement.
The breast consists of 3 tissues:
1 adipose tissue.
2- The glandular tissue, ie the milk-secreting glands and the milky ducts that drain into the nipple.
3- Interstitial tissue: that is, the tissue that contains the fat to the glands.
Breast size increases naturally in the following cases:
1 At puberty, when these elements grow together in different orders, the adipose tissue may grow before the glandular or vice versa.
2 In pregnancy, all tissues grow, so the glandular tissue, adipose tissue, and interstitial tissue increase.
3 During breastfeeding, the mammary glands enlarge greatly at the expense of the adipose tissue.
4 Weight gain leads to an increase in adipose tissue in the whole body, including the breast, which increases its size.
5 Before menstruation and in the second half of the menstrual cycle, i.e. after ovulation and progesterone secretion, the breasts increase in size and become painful due to fluid retention in the interstitial tissue caused by the effect of the fluid-trapping hormone progesterone in the whole body.
The size of the breast decreases, gets smaller, atrophies and sag naturally in the following cases:
1 Loss of weight, which causes a small mass of adipose tissue and atrophy and sagging of the breast due to the stretched skin.
2 Weaning: During breastfeeding, the milk glands enlarge to a point where the adipose tissue gradually disappears due to the excessive growth of the glandular tissue. After weaning, the milk glands atrophy and regress, causing the breast to sag because the adipose tissue atrophied during breastfeeding and the glandular tissue atrophied during weaning.
3 Menopause: All tissues atrophy and the breasts get smaller.
In order to increase the size of the breasts, especially after weaning and sagging, we must increase one of the breast components, either by increasing the adipose tissue (weight gain), the glandular tissue (breastfeeding), or the interstitial tissue (plastic surgeries and placing silicone inside the breast to fill the space between) and there is no fourth solution.

 ought to :
1 Increase your weight.
2 or breastfeeding.
3 Or plastic surgery and there is no other solution.

As for the expensive creams and miraculous ointments, what do they do for you and on what textures do they work??? Can it increase fat??? Of course not, there is no external cream that increases fat and enlarges the breast, because if it were found, there would also be a cream that reduces fat and reduces the rumen, and it is our wish, as you know. So, can it increase the breast glands??? Of course not. If she could do that, we would have risked an increase in glandular cells, mammary duct cells, cellular abnormalities and breast cancer.

Can it increase the interstitial tissue??? Of course not, it cannot hold liquids.
Measure the oral medications, hormonal or non-hormonal, intramuscular injections, and natural herbs such as sage, marjoram, cyclamus, and salamander... and ask yourself the same previous questions: Can a pill or herbal infusion increase breast fat alone without body fat? Can they enlarge the glands without affecting the hormones and cells, especially since the hormones that affect the breast are the same hormones that affect the uterus and its lining, and the ovaries and their cysts?? Can they increase the volume of interstitial fluid and trap it in the breast without risking fluid retention in the whole body, edema and high arterial pressure?

If gossip, laughter and unnecessary spending are enough, then all those products that have been promoted are useless, and always remember that inner beauty is many times more important than outer beauty.
