What should you do during an attack of vestibular vertigo?
Vestibular vertigo arises from inflammation of the vestibule, due to infectious or viral diseases, and it is the most prevalent, especially in the case of a cold that leads to a disturbance of balance and a feeling of fullness in the ear and congestion of the pharynx and its treatment is accidental by rest and decongestants or vestibular depressants.
What to do during an episode of vestibular vertigo:
1- Get a complete rest.
2- Maintain the position of the head and avoid strong movements.
3- Keep away from loud noises and lights.
4- Giving vestibular inhibitors and anti-emetics.
5- If the cause is inflammatory, inflammatory drugs and sedatives should be given in case of agitation.
6- After the seizure ends, care must be taken to follow up with the doctor and to perform frequent and periodic examinations.
7- Stay away from places that cause a danger to your life, such as standing in a very high place or walking fast.
8- Prevent as much as possible from cold and warm the ears.
