What are the ways to get rid of snoring?
Snoring is treated by treating the cause, such as weight gain, uvula length, or growths inside the nose, but it can also be treated in these ways:
1- Be sure to eat dinner two hours before bed, in order to avoid pressure on the diaphragm caused by the stomach and thus difficulty breathing and then snoring.

3- Avoid sleeping on the back, as it is one of the wrong sleeping habits that cause shortness of breath and therefore snoring.
4- Quitting the smoking habit.
5- Stay away from substances that lead to allergic rhinitis and from dust that lead to nasal congestion. You can also take a hot bath before bed, as it will relieve the congestion.

1- Headache, especially when waking up.
2- Lack of focus.
3- Inactivity.
4- Forgetting.
5- Troubles in the heart and lung.
