• Metal: The mineral content in potatoes reaches the required levels, as it includes a higher proportion of potassium than bananas, along with balanced ratios of sodium and potassium to maintain the metabolism.

• fiber: The fiber in roasted potatoes helps support gut health.

• Calcium: Potato peel also contains minerals and calcium. But the potatoes, if the skin is to be eaten, must be washed well to take advantage of the total nutrients while avoiding any contamination.

• Low carbs: Roasted potatoes are prepared on a global scale with the goal of a low-carb, fat-free food product.
