An unbearable sight These are the words of the last Austrian tourist who was devoured by a shark

In an intolerable scene, the Austrian tourist appeared at her last moments before she was killed by a shark bite in Sahl Hasheesh Bay, south of Hurghada in Egypt.
Austrian retiree Elizabeth Sauer was swimming in shallow water using a finned snorkel near the shore when the "killer" attacked her, after she assured her partner: "She will be back in a moment."
However, the fish betrayed her, while the cameras of tourists there documented terrifying footage of the woman trying to escape, after the water around her turned red, according to the British newspaper, “Daily Mail”.

Although terrified onlookers tried to distract the shark, believed to be either a mako or an oceanic white, none of them jumped to the rescue of the 68-year-old woman.

Later, the Egyptian authorities announced that the sixty-year-old was transferred to the Nile Private Hospital, missing her leg and arm, but she could not be revived, and she probably died of a heart attack.

An Egyptian official, who preferred not to be named, explained that she was barely alive when she was transferred last Friday, adding that the medical staff's attempts to revive her had failed.

It is noteworthy that a Romanian tourist was killed in a shark attack during a vacation she was spending in Egypt, making it the second fatal shark attack in recent days there.
Two years ago, a shark attacked 3 people, including two tourists, on the shores of the Red Sea, south of Sinai in Egypt.

In 2010, five shark attacks occurred in Sharm el-Sheikh, during which three Russian tourists, one Ukrainian and one German were injured.
The 71-year-old German tourist, from the resort of Renata Seifert, succumbed to her injuries
