Surprise in the case of the murder of student Naira Ashraf .. a doctor reveals the killer's disease

He added that the killer, according to the behavioral analysis of his crime and his behavior before, during and after the incident, suffers from a rare mental illness called "passionate mania", with a rate of 0,2% in society.

He stressed that the patient in this case suffers from a state of crazy love that is interspersed with the pursuit and pursuit of the lover and ends with the killing, citing what happened before that in the seventies with “Majnoon Souad Hosni”, and in the nineties with “Madonna Crazy”, and in both cases things almost amounted to murder, but they were contained.
He also continued that the person suffering from this disease is accompanied by many psychological disorders, specifically psychopathy, such as the case of a bright killer.
It may also be accompanied by mental disorders such as schizophrenia or emotional disturbance, and psychological disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, as happened in the case of Robert Hoskins in 1995, where he continued to chase the famous singer Madonna and threatened to slaughter her unless she submitted to him and married him until he was tried and imprisoned.

The Egyptian doctor also continued that Naira’s killer is completely responsible for his actions, and his justification that he loved her is true, because his feelings towards her were feelings of possession, in addition to that he lost sympathy after his father’s death and his family and relatives could not deal, control and contain him.
The fastest ruling in the history of Egypt
In the new investigation, Khaled Abdel Rahman, the lawyer of a girl, Naira, confirmed that all Mansoura's lawyers refused to defend the perpetrator.
He added that the lawyers hope that the killer will be sentenced from the first session, and his papers will be transferred to the Mufti of the Republic to express the legitimate opinion.
He also continued that the prosecution set the first session, amid hopes of obtaining the death sentence immediately, to be the fastest verdict in the history of criminal justice.
This came after the first attorney general of the Southern Mansoura Prosecution Office, Muhammad Labib, ordered that the case of Naira Ashraf Abdel Qader be referred to the Criminal Court, and an urgent session was set for consideration on the 26th of this June.

While this case is considered one of the rarest cases that is referred in a short period of time, only 6 days have passed since the commission of the incident, in a unique precedent for the Egyptian judiciary.
A crime that shook the Egyptians
It is noteworthy that passers-by were surprised last Monday morning, when a student slaughtered his female colleague in front of the gate of the Faculty of Arts at Mansoura University, after a verbal argument erupted between them, while the people managed to catch him.
The incident shook the Egyptian street and the Arab world, especially after the spread of a heart-breaking video, which Al Arabiya.net refused to publish due to its cruelty. The killer showed his victim slaughtering from vein to vein.
In addition, the pioneers of the communication sites demanded the most severe penalties for the killer, whose victim soon reached the hospital until she breathed her last.
