Meghan Markle walks naked in a spa with her mom and her first podcast

Former American actress Meghan Markle, wife of Prince Harry, revealed an "embarrassing" experience she had in a Los Angeles spa when she was a teenager, when she walked around the resort naked with her mother, Doria Ragland.

This came in the first episodes of the podcast presented by "The Archetypes", since the death of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II, at the age of 96, last month, where she recounted the experience she had at that resort that follows Korean traditions.

“It was a very humbling experience for a girl going through puberty,” Markle said. Because you enter a room with women aged 9-90, all walking around naked and waiting to get a body scrub on one of the tables all lined up.”

"All I wanted was a bathing suit, but you're not allowed," added the Suits star, noting that once she no longer felt embarrassed, she and her mother went upstairs, which was full of women, where they were waiting for a bowl of delicious pasta.

"These beautiful Korean women have embraced the tradition of accessing Korean-style baths, usually containing hot tubs, saunas, and heated rooms to sleep on the floor," said Markle, 41.

This episode is the first for Meghan Markle in her podcast, which was paused during the royal mourning for the departure of Queen Elizabeth II; She headed to England with her husband, Prince Harry, 38, to attend the late Queen's funeral.

It is noteworthy that Meghan Markle launched the first episode of her podcast (Archetype) on August 23, after she and Prince Harry announced a multi-year partnership between (Spotify) and their production company (Archewell Audio) in 2020.

In the first episode, Megan hosted the world tennis champion and her friend Serena Williams, and they talked about the ambition of women that is subject to criticism and the stereotype imposed by society on women. Markle also spoke about motherhood, while Williams said that courage is the most important characteristic of children.
