In an article published on Wednesday by the "New York Times", dealing with Megan Markle's announcement that she had miscarried her second child, a spontaneous abortion last July.
The Duchess of Sussex wrote: "I knew the moment I was holding my first child in my arms, I was going to lose my second child."
In her article, she wrote that she was changing her son's diaper when she felt a sharp muscle strain and fell to the ground.
Markle described her feeling as "unbearable sadness" for the loss of her second child, noting that speaking in such an incident remains "a taboo and is surrounded by an (unjustified) feeling of shame, which leads to a state of permanent individual mourning."
