Useful tips for those who suffer from extreme thinness

If you suffer from excessive thinness, you should follow these tips:

1- Eat foods rich in calories such as legumes, grains, meat, bread, rice, dried fruits and nuts.

2- Introducing some vegetables to the diet, such as: French beans, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkin or eggplant.

3- Introducing the healthy portions of red meat into the diet, taking care not to overeat so as not to raise cholesterol.

4- Add large amounts of olive oil to the salads.

5- Eat dairy products in addition to whole milk.

6- Increasing the number of meals, so that it becomes six meals a day; Three main meals and three snacks.

7- Make sure that breakfast, lunch and dinner are heavy, especially dinner, because the metabolism during sleep is not active, which ensures rapid weight gain.

8- Eating a lot of protein to build muscle, and proteins are found in eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, legumes, cabbage, and dairy products, in addition to fish such as tuna and mackerel.

9- Excessive intake of healthy fats for muscle growth and the production of hormones such as testosterone, in addition to raising metabolic rates that contribute to getting rid of bad fats and preserving the good ones. These fats can be obtained in nuts, leafy vegetables, salmon, flaxseed oil and avocado oil.

10- Be careful not to drink water before eating meals, as water fills the stomach and enhances the feeling of satiety.

11- Make sure to use large food plates when eating.

22- Add cream to coffee to gain more calories.

23- Take some nutritional supplements that help build muscle and gain more kilograms.

24 - Ensure adequate and sound sleep.

25- Stay away from smoking, quitting smoking will often lead to weight gain.

26- Be sure to exercise at least twice a week, especially those sports that increase muscle mass.
