Reduce sweat and prevent its odor in three safe and easy ways without using medical materials:
First method:
We put a teaspoon of fennel on a cup of boiling water, covered for ten minutes, and eat it in the morning and evening. This method reduces the smell of sweat and prevents its unpleasant odor.
Method 2:
Add 2 tablespoons of sage to a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes 3 times a day
This method reduces perspiration, but it is not recommended for nursing mothers
The third method:
Ground alum with ground musk with any kind of scented powder. These items are placed in equal quantities and placed in a small box and used topically before leaving the house. It gives good results.
