The death of the Kuwaiti artist, Intisar Al-Sharrah, in London
Today, the Kuwaiti artist, Intisar Al-Sharrah, died in the British capital, London, after a struggle with illness, at the age of 59.
The late artist's health condition had deteriorated while receiving treatment in London, as she was transferred to a hospital there after her health deteriorated in Kuwait.
The artist, Entisar, is one of the giants of comedic art in Kuwait. She is known for her comedic roles, which have brought joy to the hearts of many through plays, series, and comedy programmes.
Among her most important works are the theatrical “By Bye London”, “Takbwa Um Ali”, the “Satellite TV” program, the operetta “After the Honey” and other works that affected the Kuwaiti and Gulf art scene.
The artist, Intisar Al-Sharrah, was born in 1962, and began her artistic work in 1980.
