1- You have to do cupping every year, even if you do not feel sick or have any illness.
2- Always drink water even if you don't feel thirsty or need it.
The biggest health problems and most of them from the lack of water in the body.

3- Play sports even when you are at the top of your preoccupation...the body must be moved, even if only by walking, swimming, or any kind of sports.

4- Eat less
Leave the excessive craving for food, because it never brings good. Do not deprive yourself, but reduce the quantities.

5- As much as possible, reduce the use of the car, try to reach on your feet for what you want.
6- Avoid anger, leave anger, try to overlook things.
Do not get yourself into situations of inconvenience, all of which will lose health and take away the splendor of the soul.

7- As it is said..leave your money in the sun, and sit in the shade.
Do not limit yourself and those around you.. money was made to live with it, not to live for it.
8- Do not make yourself regret over anyone, nor over something that you could not achieve, nor over something that you could not own.
9- Humility. Money, prestige, power and influence are all spoiled by arrogance and vanity. Humility is what brings people closer to you with love.
