It seems that your favorite meal will not only affect your future weight, but also your future family. A recent medical study concluded that eating fast food by women negatively affects their fertility and reduces their chances of pregnancy, and this is the first time that doctors have reached this link. Despite the constant medical warning for men and women alike to avoid eating junk food.
According to the study, the results of which were published by the American magazine "Newsweek", which was seen by "Al Arabiya.net", specialized nurses interviewed more than 5600 women who had not given birth to any children before, and these women who were interviewed were distributed among several countries, including Britain and Ireland. And Australia and New Zealand, and the necessary information was obtained from them in order to reach a link between childbearing and fertility on the one hand, and eating fast food on the other.

The study was conducted during the period from 2004 to 2011. As for the women interviewed, 92% of them were classified as normal and did not need treatment for infertility or to stimulate fertility, while 8% of the women were suffering from infertility, and those who suffer from Infertility was described by those who conducted the study as “that which needs treatment that lasts a year or more in order to become pregnant.”
The nurses asked many questions of the women studied, including whether they regularly ate fast food, how often they ate these meals, and whether they ate fruits, fish and vegetables.
The authors of the study included fast food: burger sandwiches, pizza, fried chicken, and french fries that are sold in fast food restaurants, while home fast food, such as a light dinner that many eat when watching TV in the evening, was excluded.
The researchers found that women who ate fruits only one to three times a month took about two weeks longer to conceive, compared to those who ate fruits on a daily basis.

The researchers also found that women who eat fast food four or more times a week have an average delay of a month, compared to women who rarely or rarely eat fast food.
Accordingly, the researchers concluded that eating fast food by women reduces their fertility rates, while reducing these meals and increasing fresh fruits increases fertility and increases the chances of pregnancy in women who wish to do so.
