The testimony stated that the Queen passed away on Thursday, September 8, at 3:10 pm, more than three hours before the official announcement.
She explained that Elizabeth II died of one cause, which is "advanced age" or "old age".
Old age was also the sole cause of the death of her husband, Prince Philip.
Queen Elizabeth II, Britain's longest-reigning monarch, passed away at Balmoral Castle at the age of 96, after seventy years in power.
Her coffin was laid to rest at Windsor Castle, to continue his long journey from Balmoral Castle to Edinburgh, then from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall and Westminster Abbey, and finally to St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Thousands of mourners lined the streets to pay their last respects to the Queen, after her funeral earlier in the day.
After the state funeral service in Westminster, which was attended by leaders from around the world, a more intimate funeral service was held at St George's Chapel.
