Tabwera kudzadya chakudya cham'mawa, ndiye nayi njira yoti mukhale oyenera
Zoperekedwa ndi akatswiri azakudya Lamulo lathanzi lomwe limaphatikizapo njira zathanzi zosungira thupi lathanzi ndikuchotsa kunenepa kwambiri, ndipo lili ndi mfundo zisanu:
1- Idyani pang'onopang'ono

2- Sungani thupi lanu lamadzimadzi
