I-3- I-Vitamin K: Ikhusela i-pigmentation esikhumbeni ngokuthintela ukuhamba kwegazi kwiinqanawa kunye ne-capillaries encinci kwesikhumba esincinci phantsi kwamehlo.Ifumaneka kwizinto ezininzi zokutya ezifana ne-turnip, isipinashi, i-cauliflower, i-avocado.
