Ngamanye amaxesha uziva udiniwe kwaye uyonqena. Siza kukunika iingcebiso ezinokukunceda ukhuphe le mvakalelo:
1- Hlamba ubuso bakho ngoko nangoko emva kokulala ukuze ukhuphe imvakalelo yobuvila kunye nokutyhafa ukuze ulungiselele imisebenzi ekufuneka uyenzile.
2- Qinisekisa ukuba ulala ngokwaneleyo yonke imihla, njengoko inani leeyure zokulala akufanele libe ngaphantsi kweeyure ezisi-8.
I-3- Ukunyakaza okugqithisileyo kunye nomsebenzi kukhokelela ekuhambeni kwegazi emzimbeni, ngoko unokuhamba endaweni yokusebenzisa ukuthutha
I-4- Izifundo ziqinisekisile ukuba ukutya okutyebileyo kumafutha kuchaphazela umsebenzi womntu, ngelixa ukutya okucebileyo kwi-fiber kunye namavithamini avuselela ingqondo kunye nomzimba ukuba usebenze kwaye ube namandla.
I-5-Kukho ukutya okuninzi okukunceda ukuba woyise ukutyhafa, okunje: itshokolethi emnyama, isesame, ubisi, iiapile, iibhanana, isardadi....
