When to eradicate the tonsils in children?

When do we remove our tonsils? Child?
Doctors recommend tonsillectomy in the following cases:
Cases of nocturnal suffocation where breathing is held for a few seconds and may be prolonged and for several times more than seven times in one night, especially in patients who suffer from obesity and short neck.
If there is an enlarged tonsil that hinders eating and speaking in children.
If the child suffers from recurring otitis media due to enlarged adenoids, it is sometimes recommended to remove the tonsils and the adenoids together.
Follicular tonsils: where the tonsil sacs are filled with purulent secretions that accompanies every acute inflammation and gives a spotted view, and these pus secretions may fuse with each other, giving the form of a yellowish white membrane on the surface of the tonsil
If one of the tonsils is larger than the other, it is recommended to remove the tonsils and study them in the laboratory, in order to cut off doubts about the possibility of this being a tumor.
An important note: Acute tonsillitis repeated a few times is not a reason to eradicate it.
