The United States of America asks Britain to subject Prince Andrew to interrogation

According to what was reported by British newspapers, the US Department of Justice has submitted a request for mutual legal assistance to the Ministry of the Interior to ask the Duke of York, 60, for interrogation under the request for joint assistance between the two countries, in connection with the Jeffrey Obstein case.

After Mrs. Virginia Roberts, who claimed that Prince Andrew had sexually assaulted her, rose up at the home of his friend Jeffrey Epstein, who had committed suicide in his cell.

Prince Andrew has denied any involvement in the case, and has expressed regret over his connection to Obstein.

A spokeswoman for lawyers representing the Duke of York said: "As we've said many times before, the Duke has no recollection of ever meeting Virginia Roberts.

The Duke of York's legal team has also issued a statement denying the US Department of Justice's allegations that Prince Andrew refused to cooperate in the Obstein case.
