Angelina Jolie and rap star The Weeknd are having dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles this week.

The two spent two hours in the restaurant and left separately, but neither of them tried to hide the date, and the reasons for this meeting remain unknown. After it was an emotional date, it was likely that it was a business dinner.

The Weeknd is set to co-produce, produce and co-write a new HBO drama series The Idol.

He will also serve as executive producer on the project alongside Reza Fahim and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson, with all three considered the show's creators.
