“Courchevel’s Culinary Journey” will be presented by two-Michelin-starred Chef Stephane Bourron.

This gourmet experience will be hosted as part of Shangri-La's signature culinary master series in the hotel world, on 15 and 16 November 2023 from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm at Pour Ou, the French restaurant.

Bringing the culinary flavors of the heart of the French Alps to Abu Dhabi, Chef Stephane Bourron will take guests on a gourmet culinary journey whose five-course menu has been carefully crafted in keeping with the finest grape varieties.

Among the most notable dishes on the menu are “crispy langoustine tartlets with crystal caviar and stracciatella with grated dried caviar.”

“Roe carpaccio with citrus notes, citrus flowers and Sodace sorbet.”

“Grilled shrimp with salted butter, gently scented orange carrots and vanilla-flavored carrot mousseline in a rich sauce.”

The Master Culinary Series was introduced by Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi in 2022 as a new concept in the food space and has been appreciated by many customers.
