Ten skills to improve your self-esteem

In order to improve your relationship with yourself, you must first take care of it, respect it, and cherish it. How can you do that?

1- Lack of self-esteem is a problem that gets bigger the more you ignore it.

2- The first step is to take responsibility and confront the problem by clarifying personal goals and writing them with great care.

3. Know that people don't really have the full confidence they show, and that everyone can take visible steps to increase their confidence.

4- When you compare yourself to others, whether positively or negatively, you show your weakness. See yourself better without it.

5- Stay away from situations that allow others to control you, or during which you control others. Face the truth as it is.

6- Give up any exaggeration in any of your habits or actions, and keep the balance in everything you say and do.

7- Look at your positive aspects and enumerate the blessings of God Almighty upon you. Write these things down and look at them so that you get used to thinking about them.

8- Learn from your unsuccessful experiences and develop yourself instead of attacking them fiercely.

9- Imagine yourself mentally in the situations that you love and imagine your future and you have achieved what you aspire to.

10- Keep a daily diary in which you write your achievements, reflections and ideas for the future.
