How do you know the expiration date of car tires?

Tires have a shelf life written on them and you can find it on the tire wall... For example, if you find the number (1415), this means that the wheel or tire was made in the fourteenth week of the year 2015. The validity of the authority is two or three years from the date of manufacture.
And each wheel or tire has a specific speed...The letter L means the maximum speed of 120 km.
And the letter M means 130 km.
And the letter N means 140 km
The letter P means 160 km.
And the letter Q means 170 km.
And the letter R means 180 km.
And the letter H means more than 200 km.
Here is a picture of the wheel of a car:
3717: means that the wheel was made in the 37th week of 2017, while the letter H means that the wheel can withstand a speed of more than 200 km / h.
