For the first time, Hermes is on the throne of the International Salon of Luxury Watches

Within the framework of the “International Salon of Luxury Watches” SIHH, which is currently being held in the Swiss city of Geneva, the participation of the French house Hermes was registered for the first time in this exhibition, which is being held in its 28th edition and runs from the 15th to the 19th of this month. It is the primary annual gathering of the world's luxury watchmakers.
And if the famous Hermes house in the field of fashion and leather works, is of French origin and has its own workshops in Paris, then it manufactures the watches bearing its name in Switzerland, taking advantage of the well-known Swiss ingenuity in this field.

The story of Hermes with the watch industry began 40 years ago, and it adopts a basic motto in this field, which is that “time is not a constraint”. Therefore, she prefers to express it through watch designs that combine lightness, innovation, and a touch of fun. Those responsible for this house stress that the main objective of the Hermes house in the field of watchmaking is to maintain the quality and innovation in the designs it offers. The best evidence of this is the watch designed by Martin Margiela for the house in 1997, and it was distinguished by its double bracelet, which became an iconic piece for the Hermes brand, and was imitated by many after that.

Through its first participation in the SIHH exhibition, Hermes presents a number of new versions, most notably the Arceau Casaque collection, which is distinguished by its bright gradations inspired by the colors of the cavalry jackets in international races and the horse head drawing that adorns the dial of the watch.

The second collection of Hermes launched on this occasion is the Klikti inspired by the chains that adorn the horses when they participate in the official French occasions. The watches in this collection are available in rose gold and white gold with single or double crocodile leather straps available in six different colours.

The final timepiece to be presented by Hermes at the SIHH is the Arceau Pocket Millefiori, which has a special numbered version housed in a luxurious black crocodile leather case.
