The Monaco Yachting Show announced the participation of 300 exhibitors in this year's edition, which will display 60 superyachts. The exhibition includes the launch of 40 new yachts by the most famous yacht builders, in addition to the exhibits of the usual participating parties, such as Benetti, Feedship, Lorsen, Oceano and many others. The show will focus on providing a luxurious experience for super yacht customers.

The new berth area is part of the show dedicated to companies directly related to superyacht construction or management, and will be available exclusively to Discover, Advice and Sapphire experience badge customers on Wednesday, September 22, before opening to all visitors on Thursday.

The new berth area is in line with the divisions of Port Hercules designated to host the exhibition, each of which bears a special character that meets the aspirations of visitors.

This year's visitors will also be treated to two new exhibitions, the first dedicated to sailing boats, at the Lirondelle Pier, many of which will be moored opposite the stands representing shipbuilders, designers and specialist equipment manufacturers.

The Monaco Yachting Show will feature, in addition to the historic designers' fair,  A center for yacht design and innovation, which is a new space to showcase yacht design projects where visitors can interact with designers.

The exhibition will implement COVID-19 prevention measures to ensure the safety of exhibitors and visitors, from the stage of preparations to the closing of the exhibition and the dismantling of the stands.

Commenting on this topic, Gael Tallarida, General Manager of the fair said: “We are closely following the course of the health crisis and the sterilization controls applied in the countries of all our visitors. The COVID-19 crisis has caused both societal and direct changes in the way we live, as well as changes in consumption patterns. As for the yacht sales and rental markets, the year 2020 was a wonderful year, reflecting the impetus that drives the wealthy of society, who want to enjoy their lives and return to the basics of life represented by human connections.

This is particularly true in a world as fun as the super yacht, where the client is required to build a relationship based on trust and loyalty with the expert responsible for his yacht project and meet him in person.

There is no doubt that the yacht sector is closely related to feelings and emotions. It is necessary to see the yacht, touch the materials it is made of, and imagine the wonderful times that the customer can spend in it, as well as feeling safe to spend time on it with family members and friends. Yachting World represents a gateway to adventures that cannot be expressed in the virtual world, while the Monaco Yachting Show offers it to its visitors completely and uncompromised.
