Bayan wani babban bincike na kusan mutane 250000, masu bincike sun bayyana kayayyakin kiwo mai kitse a matsayin daya daga cikin “mahimmancin abinci” guda shida don rage hadarin kamuwa da bugun zuciya da bugun jini, tare da kifi, goro, legumes da kayan lambu.
Wani bincike da Cibiyar Nazarin Lafiyar Jama'a ta Jami'ar McMaster da ke Hamilton, Kanada ta shirya, ya nuna cewa cin abinci guda shida da suka hada da kiwo da goro na iya kariya daga cututtukan zuciya, kamar yadda jaridar Daily Mail ta ruwaito.

Kyakkyawan abinci mai kyau, wanda aka yi wa lakabi da PURE, ya ƙunshi nau'i uku zuwa hudu na mako-mako na legumes, abinci bakwai na goro, kifaye biyu zuwa uku da kayan kiwo mai cikakken 2 da suka hada da: Wannan madara, yogurt ko cuku.
Masu binciken sun kuma bayyana cewa yana yiwuwa a cinye "matsakaicin adadi," ko kuma abinci guda ɗaya a kowace rana, na hatsi da naman da ba a sarrafa su ba.

"Binciken da muka yi ya nuna cewa, ya kamata a ba da fifiko wajen kara samar da abinci mai kariya kamar na goro, wadanda galibi ake kaucewa a matsayin masu yawan kuzari, kifi da kuma kayan kiwo, maimakon takaita kayan kiwo, musamman kitse gaba daya, zuwa kadan."
Ya kuma lura cewa binciken ya nuna cewa har zuwa abinci guda biyu a kullum na kayayyakin kiwo, wadanda akasarinsu masu kitse ne, ana iya shigar da su cikin abinci mai kyau.
"Wannan ya yi daidai da kimiyyar sinadirai masu gina jiki na baya-bayan nan da ke nuna cewa kayan kiwo, musamman cikakken kitse, na iya kare kai daga cutar hawan jini da ciwon hauka," in ji shi.
