1- Vitamin C: isiza ukukhiqiza i-collagen esebenza ukuvuselela isikhumba, futhi ukudla okunothe ngovithamini C kufaka amawolintshi, ama-tangerines, amagwava, yonke inhlobo kapelepele, isipinashi, iklabishi, ukholifulawa.
