1- Geza ubuso bakho ngokushesha ngemuva kokulala ukuze ukhiphe umuzwa wobuvila nokukhathala ukuze ulungiselele imisebenzi okufanele uyenze.
2- Qiniseka ukuthi ulala ngokwanele nsuku zonke, njengoba inani lamahora okulala akufanele libe ngaphansi kwamahora angu-8.
3- Ukunyakaza ngokweqile nokusebenza kuholela ekugelezeni kwegazi emzimbeni, ngakho-ke ungakwazi ukuhamba esikhundleni sokusebenzisa izinto zokuhamba
