The easiest way to heal the soul and the body, laughter yoga

“Laughter Yoga” or Laughter Yoga, a sport that changes your life for the better and puts you in a great mood. This strange type of treatment is carried out in three phases so that we can learn about them together.
The first stage:
It is the lengthening phase, where the person directs all his energies to lengthening every muscle in his body without laughing. There are many poses for “yoga” exercises that aim to exercise all the muscles of the body, and the most important of these poses are the following:
1- Cobra mode
- Lie on the floor in an upright position (face facing the floor).
- Placing the palms of the hands on the ground near the lower chest ribs.
Make a deep exhale while pressing both hands on the floor.
Raise the chest and head up, keeping the toes touching the ground.
- Extend the arms (arms extended) while remaining in this position for 30 seconds.
2- Butterfly mode
- Sit on the floor so that the back is straight.
- Put the heels of the feet facing each other.
- Pulling the heels of the feet towards the pelvis.
Grasp the ankles with both hands while pressing the heels.
- Remain in this position for two minutes.
Inhale a deep exhale, slowly flexing the body in the direction of the pelvis as far as possible.
- Remain in this position for one minute.

3- Baby’s position
- Take a kneeling position on the floor so that there is a distance between the knees on the same pelvic line.
Touching the toes of the feet to the ground.
Lowering the buttocks (sitting on the heels).
Exhale, rotate the body (tilt it forward) so that the forehead touches the ground.
Relax the arms on the sides of the body and back so that the palms are up.
- Remain in this position for two minutes.
- Take a breath normally.
4- Front bending exercise in a standing position  
Standing on a flat surface in an upright position with the feet on the same shoulder line (each foot apart from the other at the same shoulder-line distance).
The arms next to the body.
Exhale while bending forward from the pelvic region.
Keeping the legs straight and the upper part of the body hanging smoothly.
- Try to reach the floor slowly, pulling the shoulders away from the ear towards the pelvis.
- Remain in this position for a minute.


5- Putting the knee to the chest.
- Lie on the floor in an upright position on the back.
- Straightening the legs on the ground.
Take five breaths, then take a deep inhale.
Raise the arms outside the body above the head.
- Stretch the body to its maximum length.
Take five breaths, and exhale deeply.
Bend the right knee of the man and pull it towards the chest.
Take the same depth twice.
Return the right foot to its original position on the floor in an upright position.
Repeat the steps with the left leg.
Repeat the exercise three times with each leg.


Amma second stage It is the laughing stage, where the person begins to laugh gradually with a smile until he reaches a deep laughter from the stomach or a sharp laugh, whichever he reaches it first.
Amma third stage It is the stage of meditation where the person stops laughing, closes his eyes and breathes without making a sound with intense concentration.

Laughter yoga can help us change our mood in minutes by releasing endorphins from our brain cells, making us have a pleasant day. Laughter yoga is the fastest, most effective and least expensive method of stress relief.
Health benefits:
Laughter yoga helps to strengthen the immune system in the body, and also helps reduce blood pressure in patients with pressure and helps people with diabetes, and laughter yoga contributes to getting rid of loneliness and anxiety, as well as some medical indications.
Benefits in the field of work:
The brain needs 25% more oxygen to function better, and laughter exercises can increase the flow of oxygen to the body and blood in particular, which helps improve performance in the field of work. Laughter yoga helps stimulate creativity, which contributes to achieving the best in the field of corporate work. Laughter yoga helps encourage communication between individuals and the creation of community and team spirit, and helps build and improve self-confidence and encourages individuals to get out of their usual comfort zone (Comfort Zone).
Laughing Despite Challenges:
Laughter yoga gives us the strength to face difficulties in difficult times and is a successful mechanism through which we maintain a positive mind regardless of the surrounding circumstances.

It is practiced in a group or in a club, and it is an exercise that lasts for (45-30) minutes led by a trained person.
